- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆DO NOT hire Denice Hamm! You'll be very sorry. I ended up dismissing her from representing me prior to the conclusion of my case. She violated the retainer agreement, misrepresented my goals, never returned emails or phone calls, and over billed me $600 on my case. I filed a complaint with the New York State Bar Association to have a complete investigation conducted regarding her practice.. She isolates herself from being contacted by: not answering phone calls or emails, no receptionist or live answering service and her office building doors are always locked during normal business hours.
